About Us

We met and became friends over 15 years ago when we were both in our late 20’s and worked for an international airline as ground staff. We both have two daughters between the ages of 9 and 13 who also share our love of all things sparkly!

Strictly Bejewelled began it’s life at the beginning of 2008. We actually started by selling a selection of silver jewellery, costume jewellery and accessories at local fairs and at house parties. However, having purchased many items of costume jewellery for both ourselves and our children over many years we became disillusioned with the quality and durability of it. Stones would fall out of the costume jewellery, diamante faded into a yellowish colour and the metals used on the costume jewellery lost its shine after having been worn a few times. Another deciding factor was that designer costume jewellery in some cases was becoming as expensive to buy as sterling silver set with semi precious stones. Therefore we decided to set up an online business which offered quality, good value and well designed pieces from the UK’s finest designers including Kleshna and Azuni.

No costume jewellery is sold on our site. Only carefully selected jewellery that is made from precious metals, semi-precious stones, Murano glass and Swarovski crystal is featured. Our growing children’s range offers gifts suitable for many occasions including birthdays, christenings, confirmations and thank you gifts for bridemaids. Each piece is made from sterling silver and Swarovski crystal and is sure to be gratefully received.
